• We do not offer exchanges for any of our products, even if they remain unopened or unused.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide the following details:

• A photo of the damaged product
• Your order number and contact information. We will review your case and offer a replacement if the product is deemed defective due to manufacturing or shipping error.
